Mr. Eisen Picardo is the CEO and Director of Ojasattvic Sciences Pvt Ltd. He is a Mechanical Engineer with a successful stint of over 20 years of working internationally in the Petroleum industry for companies like Halliburton & Schlumberger in top management positions. Eisen pursues his passion of connecting people, Process and Products. Driven by his inclination towards nature and farming, Eisen spearheads the Marketing functions of Ojasattvic Sciences Pvt Limited as its Managing Director for institutional & Retail Sales.

Mrs. Reema Picardo is a a founder member of the team and the edifice of the business. She brings with her extensive experience in managing all aspects of commercial trades. Her passion for creativity and design, has helped OSPL reach the corners of the world with effective and engaging social media campaigning.

Mr. Abhay Pratap Singh is a graduate with a MBA in Finance and Marketing. Abhay has rich experience in the FMCG Sector. Abhay is also the Managing Director at Union Organics & Commodities- A company that primarily deals with Fertilisers (Inorganic and Organic ), Urea, Cattle Feed, Supplements and New technologies in Agriculture. Abhay is a real Estate enthusiast and has a penchant for niche properties.

Nivesh Kumar Rai, the youngest member in our team - Nevertheless a Go getter, persuasive and Diligent in his approach. Nivesh holds a BBA and a Masters in Business Administration. His penchant to take challenges and wade into unchartered territories gives OSPL the distinctive advantage of adapting to changing market dynamics as well as developing new markets. Nivesh handles FPOs, SHGs and new market. He also shares the added responsibility of OSPLs Social media.

Kenneth, is based out of Kenya, and is the Founder and Chairman of Lumiere World Ltd, a policy and government think tank of Kenya. He is also the MD & CEO, Folio Group of Companies. Listed amongst his achievements is being the presidential Appointee - BBI Technical Experts Team, an initiative of the Kenyan government in advising the government on administrative, policy, legislative and Constitutional interventions for better governance and lasting peace and unity. Kenneth, represents OSPL as its face for the African Continent.

Headquartered in Birmingham, UK, Mr. Romi Kanungo heads Diva Partnerships Birmingham Ltd. Dealing with all aspects of finance from Investments, Insurance, Partnerships, M&A, Commercial Finance, insolvency to raising finance for various projects and investments, Diva deals in a very niche market through a great team of dedicated people. Romi has been the cornerstone for OSPL in its endeavor to rich great heights.
